Wicked People understands that making learning easy, quick and fun will provide better results overall. People tend to learn faster through multi sensory approach and our programs are designed based on that. We use a combination of development methods that are well known from their efficiency:

Accelerated learning:
Using visuals, sounds, space, case studies and business stories

Action learning:
We strongly encourage problem solving as a group as we believe in the significance of team work and peer coaching.

Experimental learning:
We relate theoretical input with the clients real life situation. We developed learning method that we call KFCIA approach (Key Findings, Conclusion, and Indicated Actions)

Working with the clients own experiences and needs rather than the academic case studies enables us to formulate theoretical into real solutions.
To emphasize long-term learning impact, we strongly encourage continual learning based on action learning sets, coaching and follow up sessions.
