There are great benefits in consolidating the strengths of your employees into a team. These include area’s of expertise, distribution of workload, creating participation and involvement, generating ideas and so on.
It does not matter what type of team we are talking about - sales team, marketing team or a football team. All of them are made up of unique individuals, who have their own characteristics, and as such there can be very challenging and stressful moments. However, they must learn how to deal with change, how to deal with conflict; and have the ability to work cohesively together towards a common goal.


All teams need to agree on fundamentals:
  - What are the objectives of the team?
  - What is each member’s role?
  - Who needs to cooperate with whom?
  - What should be the plan of the action?
